Music stars highlight Arthur Ashe Kids' day celebration

CBS SPORTS TO BROADCAST 12th ANNUAL ARTHUR ASHE KIDS' DAY
ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 26 WITH RISING MUSICAL SUPERSTAR
SEAN KINGSTON, chart-toppERS KAT DELUNA, LIL MAMA &
THE JONAS BROTHERS SET to Perform

Tennis Superstars Roger Federer, Andy Roddick and James Blake
Scheduled To Participate in Star-Studded Music and Tennis Extravaganza;
MTV's Quddus and Daisy Fuentes To Host Event

CBS Sports broadcasts ARTHUR ASHE KIDS' DAY on Sunday, Aug. 26 (12:00-1:30 PM, ET), a tennis exhibition featuring some of tennis' greatest players, as well as celebrity guests and special musical performances by rising musical superstar Sean Kingston, along with chart-toppers Kat DeLuna, Lil Mama and The Jonas Brothers. MTV veejay Quddus and television personality Daisy Fuentes host the day's festivities, featuring tennis clinics, games and the musical entertainment.

Tennis superstars including Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, and James Blake are among those scheduled to participate in the exhibition that includes skills competitions and tie-break matches.

ARTHUR ASHE KIDS' DAY is the official kick-off of the 2007 U.S. OPEN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS. CBS Sports will broadcast over 37 hours of the 2007 U.S. OPEN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS with live comprehensive coverage during both weekends of the event and on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 3 (11:00 AM-6:00 PM, ET) and on Friday, Sept. 7 (12:30-6:00 PM, ET). The 2007 women's final live in prime time highlights the Network's "Super Saturday" coverage on Saturday, Sept. 8 (8:00-10:00 PM, ET). The men's final will be on Sunday, Sept. 9 (4:00 PM, ET).

Bob Mansbach and Ken Mack produce, and Cathy Barreto directs. Mansbach is the coordinating producer of the U.S. Open Tennis Championships on CBS Sports.

Presented by Hess and produced by the USTA, Arthur Ashe Kids' Day honors tennis legend Arthur Ashe and continues his mission of using tennis as a means to instill in kids the values of humanitarianism, leadership and academic excellence. A portion of the proceeds from Arthur Ashe Kids' Day benefits the USTA NJTL (National Junior Tennis League). Arthur Ashe, along with Charlie Pasarell, and Sheridan Snyder founded the NJTL in 1969.
