I am cautiously optimistic

With the play of the 4 sophs and Stuckey and a decent recruiting year, it looks like ISU could be the early season favorite for 08-09 season. Early season schedule will toughen them up again, and they could steal a couple of those next time around. Is this optimism real or am I imagining things?

Get Rid Of O'Brien

ISU basketball doesn't need a swearing, screaming, uncontrolled maniac leading it's team. He reflects poorly on the community, and his players don't respect him. Benny the Bengal could do a better job!

Future looks bright

With only 2 seniors on the team, and only Kinghorn being a major contributor, things could start coming together for this squad. They need to recruit a true point guard and some muscle inside, if they get that some of those early season losses this year could turn to wins next year. I know some of O'Brien's old school tactics don't sit well with some of you but the man has been a ...(more)
