THE GOOD NEWS
Point guard Anthony Thomas returns, and he's expected to have a better junior season. A handful of other returnees -- Aaron Garner, Jamar Greene, Mark Sanchez and Paul Noonan -- also had moments of greatness in 2007-08 and with more playing time can be the stars of next season's team.

THE BAD NEWS
With four senior starters graduating, the Broncos lose the bulk of their production. Reggie Larry and Matt Nelson will be difficult to replace inside, while dangerous shooters Matt Bauscher and Tyler Tiedeman also will be missed.

KEY RETURNEES
Point guard Anthony Thomas again will man the point. Redshirt freshman Paul Noonan is expected to take Tiedeman's spot, while Jamar Greene and Aaron Garner are the top candidates to replace Bauscher. Wyoming transfer Ike Okoye sat out this season and is expected to take Nelson's spot. The Broncos still have a scholarship and hope to sign a junior college transfer to take over for Larry. JC signee Robert Arnold is expecting to factor in the mix.

ROSTER REPORT

--F Reggie Larry became the school's single-season scoring leader this season. Larry finished the year with 661 points. He also became the 19th member of the school's 1,000-point club. He finished his career with 1,098 points, good for 13th in school history.

--F Tyler Tiedeman became just the fifth player in Boise State history to score more than 400 points in a season and also finish with at least 100 rebounds and 100 assists. Tiedeman ended the year with (473) points, (114) rebounds and (105) assists.
