PLAYER ROTATION GAME REVIEW CCSU 73, Fairleigh Dickinson 60 Quinnipiac 76, CCSU 73 (OT) CCSU 100, Sacred Heart 87 GAME PREVIEW At Sacred Heart, NEC tournament, Thursday, March 6 IN FOCUS ROSTER REPORT --Freshman G Shemik Thompson was lost for the rest of the season with a concussion and facial fracture after taking an elbow from Quinnipiac's James Feldeine. --Freshman G David Simmons returned from injury but was quickly lost for the rest of the year with a concussion and cut. --G Tristan Blackwood is the NEC's all-time leading 3-point producer with 326. He had 1,590 career points. --F Ken Horton leads NEC freshmen with 12.9 points per game and was the first NEC player in almost a decade with five 20-point games. He was also leading the league with 2.1 blocks per game. --F Marcus Palmer had a career-high 24 points against Sacred Heart. He was averaging 15.5 points and 8.4 rebounds while shooting at a 53.8 percent slip from the field over the last 11 games. --G Joe Seymore stepped into the starting lineup for Thompson and had 12 points, eight rebounds and seven assists against Sacred Heart.
