THE GOOD NEWS
Sophomore Brandon Moore appears to be an emerging star. Moore averaged 11.3 points and 7.6 rebounds on 53.1 percent shooting in the last eight games of the 2007-08 season. Transfers Benny Valentine (Texas Tech), Andy Genao (Prairie View A&M) and Jeff Christensen (Lewis and Clark College) could all contribute next season.

THE BAD NEWS
None of the three transfers is considered a prolific rebounder and the best of the lot, Valentine, is a 5-foot-7 point guard.

KEY RETURNEES
Brandon Moore, a 6-9, 245-pounder, will have to be the man in the middle. Adris DeLeon showed great potential at times on the perimeter, but will have to become more consistent.

ROSTER REPORT

--Junior guard Milan Stanojevic was third in the Big Sky with a total of 64 treys (2.13 per game to rank fifth) and ranked 30th in scoring (7.9).

--Sophomore point guard Gary Gibson was 12th in the league in assists (2.5) and 11th in steals (1.17).

--Sophomore forward Matt Brunell finished 13th in the conference in blocked shots.
