THE GOOD NEWS
Freshmen Nedeljko Golubovic played good minutes down the stretch and could become star. The hope is still there that 6-foot-10 Brandon Webster will develop into one of the WAC's best centers and with Bell gone, Myles Green will get a chance to shine at the point.

THE BAD NEWS
The team had seven seniors on its roster to start the 2007-08 season, but will have just three to start next year. Only one of those seniors, Dwight O'Neil, played any significant minutes this season, and even he missed more than half the season with a fractured wrist.

KEY RETURNEES
Dwight O'Neil is the team's top returning scorer next year who actually finished the 2008 season. He averaged 8.6 points per game. If sophomore guard Bryan Harvey regains his academic eligibility, his 10.6 points per game will likely evolve into him being the team's best offensive weapon.

Freshman center Brandon Webster could use a full offseason of conditioning. If in shape, he could become a 30-minute per game player next year after playing just 7 per game this season.

ROSTER REPORT

--Senior PG Kevin Bell became the school's all-time assists leader with 598 in his career. His 18.3 points per game was good for fourth best in the WAC and he was second in the league with 5.84 assists per game.

--Senior G Eddie Miller closed out his Fresno State career shooting more than a third of the team's 3-pointers in 2007-08 and made more than any other player in the WAC from behind the arc with 113. He averaged 3.53 3-pointers made per game.

Can someone please tell me how the bulldogs can muster out a win?  With 1st team All-WAC player Kevin Bell and shooter Eddie Miller can score, but I think a wing and a prayer may be needed.  And no foul trouble!

Does anybody know the tiebreakers for 2 teams and for 3 teams?  Some WAC seedings may come down to it.

(POLL) We're getting into the home stretch.  Who is going to win the tourny this year?  I'm not asking who will win the regular season, but who will be going to the big dance?

Hey Bulldog fans.  Great game between Fresno and Bakersfield.  What an amazing way for Cal State Bakersfield to get its first DI win.  Here is to a promising rivalry between two schools with much in common.  Good luck Dogs, win the WAC!

I say they go 8-4 with the wins coming against Sac st, LA tec, Nev, Id, SJ st, UT st, NM st, and an upset against A&M or Kansas St. After watching against Hawaii last year in the Fres I think they are this years Boise.
