--Idaho finished with double its win total from each of the past two seasons by going 8-21 overall. The Vandals had won just four games in each of the past two years.

Coach George Pfeifer's team did manage to finish sixth in the WAC, which was the best finish in the conference standings since 2003-04 when Idaho took fourth in the Big West Conference. The Vandals had finished in the WAC's basement their previous two years in the conference.

Idaho, which won the WAC tournament play-in game last year, hasn't advanced to the semifinals of a conference tournament since 2003-04. Idaho hasn't played in the NCAA Tournament since the 1990-91 season when the Kermit Davis-led Vandals to the Big Sky title.

--Three Idaho seniors -- Michael Crowell, Clyde Johnson and Darin Nagle -- played their final home game of the season March 8 against Utah State.

--G Jordan Brooks is one of only 10 players in the nation, according to research compiled by the Horizon League, to lead his team in scoring, rebounds and assists. He was named second-team All-WAC and also was a pick for the all-newcomer squad.

QUOTE TO NOTE
"The biggest concern for us right now is everyone picked us to finish last in the WAC and we are sixth. That is what we are going to focus on right now. I'm proud of our players and what they have done. They have been resilient and they stayed the course." -- Idaho coach George Pfeifer said after his team's season-finale against Utah State.
