WHAT WENT RIGHT
Newcomers Josh White and Collin Dennis made immediate and significant contributions, senior F Quincy Williams became a more consistently productive force down low and the Mean Green won 20 games for the second consecutive season, something that hadn't been done at North Texas in 30 years.

WHAT WENT WRONG
The Mean Green has been at its best over the past two seasons when it has won with defense. When that came and went, so did its chances of maintaining momentum and riding into a second straight Sun Belt tournament title.
