WHAT WENT RIGHT
At Stetson if you don't play defense, you don't play. In Atlantic Sun play, the Hatters led the league in scoring defense (67.4 points per game) and 3-point defense (27.7 percent) and ranked second in field-goal defense (41.1 percent). They were especially tenacious at home, compiling an 11-2 record at the Edmunds Center.

WHAT WENT WRONG
The Hatters ranked last in the conference in assists (8.8 per game) and assist-to-turnover ratio (0.54). Sophomore guard Mark Lohuis was the only player on the team with more assists (32) than turnovers (27). Stetson had nine assists and 18 turnovers in a quarterfinal loss to Gardner-Webb in the A-Sun tournament.
