Got a long time to get ready for this one, as do they.  Would be a huge huge win and put us in the driver seat so to speak but nothing is easy in this league. Would be a very huge win to win up there.  Siena will be the favorite in the MAAC tourney in their backyard and Rider get's a lot of pub with Thompson.  Hopefully Fisher stays under the radar and somebody else like Lewis steps up.  Hodge did @ app st.

Can't wait for this one, would make the home canisius game more important.  GO NU!

This is a big win opportunity for us ans we can win the conference title with a Siena and Canisius win. That at least gives us an NIT bid.

Then, we can play for the gravy, the Big Dance again. Should we lose to Siena, we lose all shot at the title and can finish as low as fourth.

It would seem that Rider, Siena and NU are the teams to beat as Loyola is so streaky, no doubt due to their coach.

It's been a good year for MAAC basketball.

Let's hope NU can pull this out! For a team coming into the season rated 6th and looking to rebuild, this has been one of JAM's best coaching jobs ever.

Not to give myself too much credit. But when you guys were all bugging about the Canisius loss, I think that I stated that at the end of they year with a little help we will be right there for the league title. And well look at us now. The Siena game is astronomical in terms of importance. If we win we should win the league and guarantee us a league title. It will be tough to win friday but as long as other players besides Fisher come to play we should be alright. Benson has to be the X factor. He needs to stay out of foul trouble and contain Ubiles and Franklin. I cant wait for this one.

GO PURPS!

It has been a great season for NU.   The Win against App St. was huge and that buzzer beater was awsome.  I wish the best of luck to them.  And I pray they make it into the tournament!!!!!!!!

Yes, this is a big one for us. I can't see winning in Albany just to let it get away against the Golden Geezers. Tough to win in Albany and they handles us pretty good in the Falls, so you have to say that they are the favorites going in. Best case scenario is to win this game and somehow avoid them in the tourney. Let 'em face Loyola and Rider first!

At least, we'd have the NIT sewn up and the Big Dance left to play for.

All in all, though, this year has totally exceeded my expectations. Go JAM and go NU!!!
