mick close to getting his first 5 star recrute

since its a flood tonight in the queen city went to rivals.com to check out some news

scotty hopson is close to becoming a bearcat. mr. hopson is a five star shooting guard from ky.he is the 2nd best guard and the 9th best overall player. other schools in the running are louisville,mississippi state,and tenn but cincy is the front runner.

also bud mackey from cincy harmony prep looks like he will b a bearcat as well. mr mackey is a 4 star guard and is rank 35th overall.

this would b a very good class to add to the player we have all ready.

that would b one 5 star,three 4 star,and one 3 star [a guy named dixon has gave a verbal but has not yet sign ]

the future is looking very bright and looks like we will b able to score alot more points next year{ since this is what we all know we need]

uk not even in the running as of now. they were at one point,he gave a verbal to miss state then took it back.thats when mick started to make a strong push for him and it seems to be working.who ever telling u he is going to uk is wrong they r tick off becasuse they cant keep there 'home grown talent' home. if he is going to stay in ky it will b at da ville who is behind us. like i said he keeps changing his mind but i think he will have cincy on his chest.

where ever he goes he will more then likely be  one and done. this guy can score flat out score. i would love to have him to even if it for only one year.

my guess he will decide when the signing period begins.

you are 110 percent correct. i did not catch that when i look i thought it was rank with front runner then so on. thank you for the correction,guess i got a little to excited.

i hope we get him also just the fact that we are high on his list makes me excited.

went to scout.com they have miss st as the only high team, with uc uk and tenn as medium and da ville as low

he has no ideal where he wants to go but im starting to think he will go to miss st because he gave them a verbal but he took it back 4 some reason. so who knows

also found out some news from a very nice uk fan about bud mackey.he got arrested for having coke in his shoe and not the soft drink. iu pulled his scholarship because of this.

my question is this will uc mostly zimpher let him come  here because of this. this was the whole reason huggs not here and why is mick going after this kid if he has issues

also read on a uc blog that he has already gave a verbal to mick but they are keeping it quiet till they find out if he is going to be charge

thanks for the info i was thinking about paying for rival or scout but then i saw how much they wanted then i change my mind pretty fast i will just wait and see what happens

as far a ppl getting down on the cats there not to many ppl here that are like that. just a few idiots that think bob was the greatest thing to walk the face of the earth and like to bash other fans for trying to b positive. yea im happy how the season has gone i dont know how a team can go from 2 wins to maybe 9 tomorrow with just a few addition.

mick has done a great job with what he has and there help on the way. i can see him being 2nd for big east coach of the year behind notre dame head coach mike bray.
