The top three teams seemed to have separated themselves.
Then maybe Rutgers or Stanford.
The next four seemed to be grouped as well.
It should be a good tournament.
Go Lady Terps.

I'm not sue about this board JD. I usually stay on the Men's board. Looks like everyone over here is doing their best mime impersonation. I agree with ya though. Looks like it should be a good tourney. Go Vols!

I see the following top 8 Seeds.....

No, I don't really think that all 8 teams will make it to the Regional Finals, but this is how I see the seedings working out should all eight of them make the Elite Eight.

#1 UCONN - #8 Texas A&M (if they win the Big 12) @ Greensboro

#4 Stanford - #5 L.S.U. @ Spokane, Washington

#2 North Carolina - #7 Rutgers @ New Orleans

#3 Tennessee - #6 Maryland @ Oklahoma City

I think most of the favorites aren't going to get to the regional final but here are my picks.

Greensboro - Connecticut  V  California

Spokane - Vanderbilt  V  Stanford

New Orleans - North Carolina  V  Oklahoma

Oklahoma City - Tennessee  V  Duke

The Championship game will be a rematch Stanford & Tennessee, Tennessee will win it all! Candace Parker is too good. Candace Wiggins, too.

I was surprised to see the Lady Terps grab a #1 seed. After the season our mens team had it helps make things a little better. Go Terps.

Is there a web site where I can pick the women's teams just like the men's teams here on the CBS web site?  I've never seen a contest to pick the winner of the women's teams.

Thanks, Bennie

I'm with you, a UCONN fan here.  Do you know if there is a web site where fans can compete to pick a winner of the women's teams?  Does the UCONN web site have anything like this?  My office has a pool here on the CBS web site and I'm entered in that one but I'd love to try my hand at picking the women's winning team.  One year I came in 2nd in my office pool (total luck) so every year I find this a fun contest with my co-workers.  I think they especially were irked that year I came in 2nd because a woman picked so well and had to guess at some of her picks.  (LOL)

I have been away for a couple weeks.
I was surprised my Lady Terps got a one seed.
The top 8 seeds a tough anyway.

The Lady Terps wont last long if they keep coming out slow.
Good luck Lady Basketball fans.

uh-oh Stanford seems to be on a mission. As a Terps fan I worry about Maryland's propensity to play down to it's opponent. Still I think a Maryland-Stanford regional final would be a blast.
