1 good thing about the season being over is that I don't have to see Justin shoot 10 3's and make 1 or 2 a game. He is lousy, I cannot wait for Coach to get his own players in here. How can you practice every day and be that bad of a shooter. Did I mention he SUCKS. Bye Bye Loser.

I agree, I'm glad this season is over.  It was very painful.  I look forward to the current players developing and also the new players coming in.  If you look at Butler teams recruit rankings in the past 4-5 years they were mostly 1-2 star rankings and look at how well they develped.  With Lickliter bringing in 2-4 star recuits here they should really be able to develop which is something we haven't seen much of since the Dr. Tom days.  I see good things for the future.

Justin Johnson was one of the few guys on this team that could score. He will be missed. Seth Gorney and the other lames that are leaving is a good thing. Hawkeyes will  bounce back next year! I can't wait!

Johnson scored early in the season. 5 points yesterday is his usual game except when he got lucky every 7th game and made some 3's. No consistency at all. I was just saying that all they do is play b-ball a shooter should be better more often than he was.

I gotta support 8808 and from the looks of his girls, they need some support there...Johnson went completely off in one game that I remember.  The others he was not even the top scorer.  Still he could catch on overseas.  I wish him well.

Gorney, he literally improved himself every year at Iowa and to me is the only one with a relatively super small chance at the NBA...reason why is he is big, can shoot from outside and if he can pick up some speed, will be what I am used to seeing in the NBA.  He will be a bit player at most though, but good luck to him.

Looby, I really love this guy, but he was not really a basketball player.  He will go back to the islands and do well, I wish him good luck and a great life.

I agree, I see our main needs as being a shot blocker (Cole could be this, hated to see him get hurt) and a main ball handler to allow Freeman and Peterson to open up and play the 2 guard better.

Kelly to me is the enigma on the team, really grew to like this kid and think he will be ok, just need to get him into the right place...

I know nothing about our incoming recruits for next year save that a couple are from Minnesota I think.  I too, look forward to seeing what Coach L can do at Iowa and if we can hit the sweet 16 in the next 3 years, I will be ecstatic.

Go Hawkeyes!

The Gatens (sp) kid from Iowa City High is  suppose to be a stud, should play right away. Still need a big man.
