Not this Buckeye fan. I take no game for granted this year. They've lost too many games they should have won. I love it when they win, and always hope they do, but try to never expect it! I'm looking forward to the Ole' Miss game. It seems they match up well and I would think this game may come down to a last possession.

Good luck to both teams! I wanna' see heart thumper!

No doubt.  I wanna see a show in the Garden.  When the NIT is over, I want the NCAA selection committee to see that they screwed some good teams out of the tourney this year because they decided to put some schools in based on their tradition and not their performance this year (ahem Kentucky).

I know exactly what you mean. Typically, I've always believed the teams that make it to the final four in the NIT should have been invited to the big dance. Too many teams get turned away because of "politics" in the NCAA. It's a shame really.

Guys, somebody HAS to win the NIT, that doesn't mean they belonged in the big tourney more than somebody else.  Everybody keeps forgetting they are playing NIT teams.

True but these teams were good enough for postseason dancing! They gave some teams who finished strong the nod as well as some mid major conference winners that could not hang. There will always be people who feel they were well deserved but unfortunately they do there best at selecting.

I would have loved to see the Rebels have a shot. They are playing their best ball now. Wish they would have started a week sooner for the selection committee!

I did notice that he had nothing to say about the basketball game, which is what this thread is about, anyway.  We beat Florida this year, OSU beat Florida this year...great.  Florida isn't even in the final, yet...and neither are the Buckeyes.  I just have a feeling that some folks are already giving OSU a "w" for our game next week, even though we haven't lost a non-conference game this year.

I missed it.  I was on vacation.  Who won?  Was it mighty Ole' Miss?  LOL.

Just another trophy that your school doesn't have.
