	Who does everyone think will be the new coach? Tell to the truth I think Rutgers Coach Fred Hill is interested, he was a top candidate when we hired Brady four years ago and I heard him on the radio saying he likes how Marist is going and will be a great team in the future. Assuming all our Brady recruited players decide to stay, this statement can't be downgraded at all and I think he will be our coach next year. Marist is headed in a better direction than Rutgers also.

	there is no way a big east coach is coming to a maac school. it just not going to happen. the problem with hiring a new coach will be finding a replacement with the ability to handle being second fiddle to a womens program that is nationally ranked .

	What are your guys thoughts on Brady? I take it they are positive, but could you be more descriptive? For example, what does he do well? Is he a good motivator or is he an X's and O's guy? I like JMU's decision to hire Brady, and I'm surprised they were able to snag a guy who seemed to be doing pretty well at his institute to a CAA school that hasn't been to the tournament in 14 years.

	I respected Brady highly as a coach. He did several things well, such as he was a great recruiter and he can teach virtually any player to shoot the basketball well. He was a good second half coach, when we went into the half with a lead we usually won and if not he was a good adjuster. James Madison is in great hands, the year before he came we finished next to last in the league. He made us a contender for the MAAC crown and I am sure that in no time he will have JMU competing for the CAA championship. I wish JMU and Coach Brady a ton of luck in the future!

	what does brady do well? from what i saw he is a great shooting coach, i am not sure how good of a x's and o's guy he is. i feel that he may have depended too much on the outside game the last few seasons, but he had good shooting guards so who is to say? i am not sad to see him go though. i am well aware that money is huge in a decision to swtich schools, but there has to be some sense of loyalty and not just use a school and their players to better ones own personal interests.

	Brady is a good coach, but he only recruited 1 good freshman in 4 years, His best recruitswere jr and sr transfers. i didn'ttthink he had a planbut he did. to get out of Marist asap.
