Left in total shock Mike McCarthy had no comment but the new Qb Rodgers did "I am not suprised by his actions. In fact during the off-season work outs he would have a 100 worst fans list that he would add to. It works out for me though because I get to play now."

"muensterhead" a self professed GreenBay fanatic collapsed into apoplexy over taunts concerning the retirement of Brett Favre, and had to be committed to the Laack Brothers Mental Hospital in Greenleaf WI. Staff physician Dr. Itzreelychedda said, "He apparently just couldn't take it, you know, and his mind fractured like it was cut into many little pieces. I guess you could say that Favre (rumors) cut the cheese."

In a move that stunned the NFL community, Jerry Jones today announced that the Dallas Cowboys today signed 59 year old free agent Archie Manning. "It's obvious that we're never going to win a big game with what we have now. Archie comes from good stock and will be given every opportunity to win the starting QB job.", stated Jones.

 Longtime New Orleans Saints fans were skeptical, however. "They always said that poor Archie was stuck playing for "Aints. As far as I'm concerned he was the main reason we sucked!"
