Well lets see, he was suspended for 8 games last year, so he will probably get a Pac-Man type suspension this year, or at least a one year suspension.

So sure, trashy organizations like the Raiders, Cowboys, Patriots will be all over him in one year.  He fits right in with Oakland.

My queastion is, why is Chad Johsnon upset?  Did anyone hear him on ESPN yesterday, suprised and than critical of the Bengals for this move?!?  That guy is burning bridges like it's hell night in Detroit.

He's probably going to be suspended if another team even rolls the dice on him. He only played part of last season. I know he's young, but being out of the league for long sretches of time has got to take a toll on his development.  I think if he does play again, he'll be a non-factor.  There have been far more talented receivers in similar situations - Antonio Bryant comes to mind - who never really did anything after their off-field problems.

Did someone say Dallas might be interested? Its obvious some of their fans are?

At Dallas' website, it took exactly one day for one of their blog writers to respond. I love how he tries to make Chris Henry out to be even more of a problem than Pacman. For all of Chris Henry's transgressions, as far as I know, no one was ever left paralyzed from one of his stunts. Let a year go by and this guy will be on the Chris Henry bandwagon also.

C'mon peoples....Al Davis will take him, he fits the Raiders...and Javon "soon to need a" Walker needs a running mate...

End of story...

Not really. Al doesn't hire criminals anymore. He just sells tickets to them.

The guy had a lot of talent, and I'm actually surprised that the Bengals are finally backing up their "get tough" talk. But it's interesting to consider the Bengals' problems...Old Ocho's awkward interview on ESPN and then Henry's arrest. Who's Palmer going to throw to?
