Chicago Rush @ Kansas City Brigade

The Rush match up against the Brigade for a Monday Night showdown.

Any comments?

Right now Chicago is up 14 - 7 in the 2nd quarter.  Make that 21 - 7.  The Rush just scored a touchdown.  I'd like to see KC get in the win column.  Let's see what happens.

Okay, I just saw the last touchdown by the Rush.  The receiver who made the touchdown celebrated by doing CPR on the football......   If I were a Chicago fan, I'd be embarrassed.

The Brigade can't catch a break.  They go down 49 - 42.  The game was tied 42 all when the Rush scored with 6 seconds left on the clock. 

I don't know about the officiating.  I saw some strange calls.

Any thoughts?

I just got back from the game.  The Brigade really can't get any breaks.  They played very well against a good Chicago Rush team.  I thought we were going to send it into OT.  The last three games I've seen at the Sprint Center at least 90% of the calls go in favor of the visitors.  At one point in the game I thought it was raining flags.  The Brigade are looking better than I've seen them in the past few games.  We need to get a win under our belt soon.  The Colorado Crush will be in town on Sat.   Let's hope we can finally win one.  Maybe Sat the refs will leave their flags at home.
