Tyler Hansbrough, Ty Lawson and Wayne Ellington are still unsure about whether or not they want to enter their names in the NBA Draft, according to head men's basketball coach Roy Williams.

Addressing the media after the team's awards ceremony Thursday night at the Smith Center, Williams said that none of the players would speak to the media to talk about their decisions because none of them had reached one as of yet.

Underclassmen have until April 27th to enter their names in the NBA Draft pool. Players that enter their names have until June 16th to withdraw themselves from consideration.

Tha NBA Draft will take place June 26 in New York City.

The Carolina players might not be first-round selections, and may be weighing where they would fall as other players announce their decisions.

However, the fact that the players did not announce a decision Thursday is a sign that they are seriously considering the draft. Last year, both Hansbrough and Lawson said at the awards ceremony they intended to return.

I'm rather puzzled.  We heard nothing and I'm guessing that the player(s) that want to go or stay will do in together.  Announce that is.  Who knows, all 3 may make the jump.

This means that I will likely hear each players decision during a news cast on a local TV station.  Stackhouse and Wallace, Carter and Jamison.. they all shocked me as I thought they would come back for at least 1 more year.  New players mean new young bloods.  Frankly, I'm ready to move on.

No matter who goes or stays, Roy will have a Carolina Team that all of us will be proud of.  And good enough to make another run to a national title.  So we sit and wait, again.

We won 37 games this past season, the ACC Regular Season,  ACC Tourney Champs and East Regional Champs into the Final Four.  That's something great to remember.  The most wins by any Carolina Team... ever!  And we got to see every game..

GO TAR HEELS

I'd be absolutely shocked if all 3 left. Specially Ellington who had a sub-par (i'm being really nice here) season. Then again, he may try to go now before he damages his draftability even more....

BabyBlueBlood  I had not thought of Ellington's situation that way.. "help, draft me before I worse".  I hope his better years are to come.

Frankly, I'm ready to move on.
