Home Box Office hasn't had anything decent on in like fourteen years. I used to love the Sopranos, Deadwood, Carnivale, Rome, and many others. Even Six Feet Under was not bad for a season. But now? What the hell am I paying for? I am about ready to say something about that.

I kind of miss not going clubbing any more. Don't get me wrong: I love my wife, and am very happy with her. But, the club scene was special. I loved the live music, and the babes all decked out for the hunt. I loved starting off the game, making the laughs happen, having the chosen one say her goodbyes to her girl friends, and them looking their goodbyes to me nice like. Warm memories, probably not to be relived.

This is like trying to have a freakin' conversation with a freakin' computer monitor. At least I have several gigs of good music to listen to. Random is a really good feature. I wonder who invented random? Whoever you are, thanks, really, it makes listening a lot of fun.

I miss the club scene too.... I always liked turning heads, hope is a nice gift to give.....even if they never had a chance. I never went home with anyone but I had some fun while I was there.

I stained a picture frame that I made the other day and dusted off the old mat cutter and cut my first mat in 8 or 9 years.
then I mowed the lawn and started a real wood fire in the Texas smoker and put a 5 lbs hunk of pork shoulder in the smoker. Oak and Cherry woods.

Nah, being a tomboy I was always with a group of guys, sometimes a girl or two but not often. I would be the one who make my guy friends look good and try to 'up' their game so they could hook up. A good night was when I went home alone cause they all had rides if ya know what I mean.

Playing shortstop is exciting. Standing in against a 90 miles per hour pitcher is exciting. Watching a broadcast while they change relief pitchers every two pitches in not exciting.

Good story red. You were a little scaredy cat, is where I put my money. I am pretty stuck on my Roy Batty avatar. That character always made me cry. Yeah, I know he was a cold blooded murderer, but he proved to have the most soul in the whole movie. I am a soulful person.
