They all complain about Utah being a dirty team? Game 2 had to be one of the worst officiated games in history. Houston was bitching about the call on AK with about a minute to go, (when they took away their 3), and neglected to thank the refs for the other 20 touch (or no touch at all) fouls that T Mac got. They also let them tackle the Jazz on a dozen occasions without a whistle! I was ready to turn it off. I know that if Malone was still around, and someone knocked Stockton down, they would be getting some stitches. Just ask Thomas!

Yeah there was some questionable calls both ways, but the one that got me peeved was when Aaron Brooks took Deron Williams out there was a no call. If the Rockets can't handle the Jazz being to phyiscal then they shouldn't by all means call them dirty. If certain Rockets fans are gonna complain every time that they try to draw a charging call and don't get it then maybe Luis Scola and Shane Battier should quit acting.

It's pretty pointless for the Rocket fans to complain about the last second call because the entire game wasn't decided solely on that possession. The Rockets could have done enough to put themselves in a position where they didn't need a three to tie, the Jazz could have still scored after that, and, as in every game, there are calls going both ways. There were some calls that stick out in my mind before the Scola foul. One was when DWill got hip checked, that was an obvious foul. Another was when Millsap got burned in the paint and grabbed Scola to stop the play but the ref ignored the grab and let a lay-up happen instead. Finally, there was a play where Scola was in the paint with boozer and he flat pushed Booze in the chest to make room, it wasn’t the inconspicuous hand swipe it was a straight on jab. My point here is that it’s a 48 minute game and the foul that was called on Scola was, in fact, a foul. It's a foul to clear a player out of a play with the body or an arm. AK acted to make sure the ref saw it, but it was a foul.

Yeah, there were bad calls, (and bad no calls) all night long. Rockets just need to fess up that they lost it on the line. If they would have made their free throws there wouldn't even be a discussion about the officiating. A game is played with 48 minutes, so that the winner is not decided by just one shot, or one play. The winner is decided by the collaborative effort of the team over the course of the 48 minutes.

Yeah right. It's the officials. That's why Houston is down 0-2. It has nothing to do with the fact that Utah is healthier, has played better, and has worn down Tracy McGrady in each game.

Keep believing it, Houston. Keep believing it.

How 'bout the 8 on 5 go our way this time.

With all the whining about the refs, I have to wonder if any of the Rockets fans actually attended/watched to same game I watched. It was as if we were playing a "friendly" game of 8 on 5. It's frustrating when you see a rookie (Luis Scola) getting superstar treatment; no calls on the bowl over to the rim, no calls on the moving screen, bass ackward calls on the over the back, no traveling calls. With the officiating in the second game the following teams could have won easily; Clippers, Sonics, Kings, TrailBlazers, Heat, UTEP women's badminton, Grandma's Bridge club, Podunk Junior High Chess/Geek squad, the Grizzlies, a random matching of 5 quadripelegics. It may not be a bad idea for Houston to move to the Eastern Conference so that Tracy McGrady can finally get out of the 1st round. Or maybe instead of whining, he and his team can shut up and play some actual basketball (kind of like they played during their miraculous streak).

So it makes no sense to get pissy over one unfortunate call. It was a good call, just came at a not so good time (if you are a Rockets fan).

Tonight I'm hoping that Ronnie Brewer gets at least 4 steals with at least that many "raise the roof" fast break dunks. That should be enough to put them away and put up 120+ points. It would be nice to see Carlos Boozer play; without leaving early. Deron Williams will not have another subpar night. Andre Kirelinko could have a 5/5 night; wouldn't that be sweet. Our backups will do the usual; no rest for Tracy McBaby/McGreedy.

Why would you even complain about a team being to physical. In my opinion this lets the other team know that they did not come prepared to play and should come better prepared for the next game. The Rockets did this in game 2 but I think they took it two the extreme. You did not see any Jazz players in game 1 tackling players like what happened to Deron Williams. I think the Rockets are just trying to come up with an excuse for loosing because they know the Jazz are a much better team but do not want to admit this.

As a Rocket fan, I will say that I agree with most of the postings here. Our boys need to put away their hankies and sack up and play. I am very impressed with the Jazz's physical play and gallons of hustle.

To spend any time commenting on the last call is worthless. We had 2 games in H-town to take care of business and win at least one and we didn't do it. Too bad. Get your game face on McWhiney and start balling like you're a page 1 player.

I am rooting for the Rockets (obviously), but would love to see the Jazz demolish the Lakers or Spurs when they get past us, which they will.
