okay, so last year, horry purposefully hip-checks nash and sends him sprawling to the floor.  as a result, horry, bowen and the Spurs are branded as dirty lapdogs.

okay, so this year, o'neal purposefully hip-checks parker and sends him sprawling to the floor.

where's the outrage?

a heaping helping of hypocrisy, anyone?

Dude, I love your die hard Spurs mentality, but the Shaq hip-check wasn't the same as Rob's last season....

If anything I would like to wonder what Shaq will cry about now...

He cried about Flops after Game 1 (which is funny because earlier this year he flopped when Tony Parker ran into him, but that is neither here nor there)..

And in Game 2, the Refs didn't call flops... Players from both teams flopped all night & nothing was called, so Shaq got his wish & stayed out of Foul trouble.... Now what will be his excuse??? The Spurs are too sweaty & he can't get a good grasp on them?????

Geez...

Shaq cried about flops & Amare stated it was"good defense".

Talk much do ya?

Maybe Phoenix will use the "Allan Houston" rule to get Shaq off the payroll after this debalce.

Go Spurs Go.

thanks for the replies, y'all.

the point i'm working to make is that IF bowen is a dirty player, IF horry made a dirty play on nash last year, THEN o'neal is a dirty player making dirty plays ALSO.  i think the game 3 fouls on ginobili (hand to the skull) and duncan (shoulder into ribs) bear that out.  o'neal is looking for opportunities to possibly injure someone.  he has been a 'dirty player' ever since getting schooled by olajuwon 13 years ago.

so if o'neal is invulnerable to attacks for being a 'dirty player', hey, it's all part of the game, then get off bowen and horry's case, too.  put away the hypocritical anger and play the game...

it should be clear to all by now the Spurs don't need dirty players or dirty plays too win...
