As a Ucla Bruin fan, please go and go now. You dominated us in the win you guys had a Pauley Pavillion. Then we shut you down at your place. Not enough consistency but a whole heck of a lot of talent. You would be well served to not eat the apple and stay with the Trojans for at least one more year. You can run and jump better than 99% of the people out there but you cannot shoot very good and your defense is suspect. Please go before you figure it all out!

I guess when I watch basketball, I must not see things the way most people do. What can I say? I must be old school.

When I look at O.J. Mayo and Davon Jefferson,  I see very gifted athletes with a lot of question marks in their overall games. Good ball-handling skills, quick feet and a good vert, but definitely lacking in things such as good shot selection, a feel for playmaking for others beside themselves and positioning themselves for rebounds after an errant shot. A bit of early days Kobe-itis, in short.

And, as much as it pains me to say so, being a Bruins fan, but Kevin Love has no UCLA legacy.  He has no sense of tradition or commitment and no, his game isn't complete, either. Coach Wooden would disapprove and probably does in the case of all three of these young men.
