The best 3rd quarterback in the league? That's meant to be a positive? I'd rather had the best guy on the field. Colt Brennan isn't going to see any playing time unless it's the preseason, Campball goes down and Todd Collins plays very poorly. Then, if he magically turns into this exceptional player, I will bow down my will and say that I'm wrong.
But don't get ahead of yourselves, there's a reason why every single teams passed on the guy several times over, just like they did to Jordan Palmer last year. I seem to remember having this very same argument last year as we nabbed Carson's little brother in the sixth round. He spent his time on the practice squad before he was cut and now he's backing up his more talented half in Cincinnati. So just because the guy was picked in the 6th round doesn't mean that he's going to turn into Tom Brady or Marc Bulger (another 6th rounder). It's more likely that he'll turn into Drew Henson or much more likely, just some guy you can't remember or never heard of, like Andy Hall.
