In no particular order, Colangelo HAS to do the following if were going to be any good next year, especially with young teams like Atlanta and Philly improving, and Miami probably going to be a playoff team next year:

1. Fire Sam Mitchell, and hire a seasoned veteran head coach like Rick Carlisle, Mike Dunleavy Sr, Paul Silas, anyone with some playoff experience, the way we did in 2000 with Lenny Wilkens.
2. Get a Bosh a running mate, a wing player who can score 20 consistently and take over if CB4 is having an off night.
3. A perimeter defender, someone who can keep his man in front of him, which was the main reason we lost this year. Ron Artest is the first guy to come to mind, he would fit the bill for #2 as well.
4. Trade TJ for a rebounding force, and resign Jose at all costs.
5. Did I mention firing Sam Mitchell...
 What do you guys think??

I agree with firing of Sam Mitchell, although I would rather go after either Avery or D'Antoni (who's probably also destined to be fired this year).

I also agree about T.J. He's too injury prone and is more of a scoring point guard than a passer. Given that the Raps hold rights to Roko Ukic, who's can be a good back up point guard, the team can surely go with Calderon at starting spot.

by putting together TJ with Graham and (or) Bargnani (who I'm not too impressed with) we could get a great interior player. I wouldnt go after Artest... he's getting older now and is prone to violence and radical behavior.
