No, they stay in Buffalo. Biggest reason is because of the market. While many people discount the Buffalo market, claiming that it really isn't that big nor that dedicated, it really is. First, the Bills and the Sabres are the only major teams in the area and the city loves them both to death. Second, no matter how cold and snowy and crappy it gets, the stadium will still fill. It is hard to say that that will hold true if the team is moved anywhere else. Thirdly, no matter how lousy they are, the fans are dedicated. Four Super Bowl appearances later (and yes, even though it was in the early 90's) people are still sore AND supportive. Buffalo is an awesome market for this team and the games in Toronto are even better for them. They are guaranteed 78 million. So even if Rogers Communications doesn't sell one ticket, the Bills organization gets 78 million. I think that is enough to keep them in Buffalo for a long time.
