and Tulane

If Ohio State were to play this OOC schedule everyone on this board would be throwing a fit about it

Yes LSU has a horrible OOC schedule. Not sure their IC schedule will be able to save that one. I'll predict a mid 30 SOS by the end of the year (before bowl game) which would be better than OSU'S the last 2 years. Probably on par with OSU'S in 2008 top to bottom.

IF LSU has to play Florida twice  that trumps playing USC once.

POOR buckeyefan, once again he can't contact the dots. The reason no one is saying anything is because

A= LSU plays a TOUGH in conference schedule

B= OSU does not play a tough in conference schedule and therefore has to play someone tough out of conference or they will get beat up for it.

C= App STATE beat michigan last year. So APP state is about like playing a top 25 teams these day!!! LOL

D = Once again LSU plays 7 quality opponts in conference and osu play;s 2.

 which would be better than OSU'S the last 2 years.

I am not going ot get into this argument but dont say last 2 years, just 2007, 2006 OSU SOS was 34 based on the rogers poll and this poll http://www.warrennolan.com/football/2006/sos has them 16... so yes 2007 weak schedule, not 2006

Looking at it, I can't bash them for playing Troy. Troy will play anybody, anywhere, anytime. They are well coached and a competitive team.

Tulane is an instate rival.....but it's Tulane. If this was the worst team on the schedule, I may not have a problem with it.

North Texas. Having Tulane on the schedule makes this game shameful. It's not even a challenge.

Appalachian State- beating Michigan last year gave them some pop....but.....with the rest of the OOC opponents on the schedule, it doesn't put the best spin on things.
