Its reported on UNCs site that Mike Copeland tore his acl in a pickup game and will have surgery in june, with rehab to last 5-8months.

Not sure what that means for him since he will be a senior, maybe a possible redshirt if he isnt going to take the full 8 months to rehab....

not sure how it affects the team either

That really sucks for Copeland, but I seriously doubt that they will redshirt him. He wasn't going to be seeing much playing time anyways and it's not like he was going to be drafted so there's no real reason to redshirt him.

takes away another body in practice.

aside from injuries, he was never going to see the court anyways.

psycho t, deon, stepheson, zeller, davis, ginyard, danny.
no room at all for him at a 3-5 spot.
