I am just wondering how mad can i be at da Birds right now?  We got the top free agent, we drafted a stud of at DT(not a beast like Bunkley but fast), we now have enough returners that I never have to see Reno again, and we made and are making all efforts to get a stud receiver.  I think they are actualy are trying to get it done. Would you wanted Javon Walker(still hurt) or Mushin Muhamad or Jerry Porter(actualy i did) over what we already have or go for a Moss, a Fitz or Johnson. I think this year i cant say "they didn't try". But I will still be upset

for exception of WR i think we did alright! if we didnt we have enough draft picks to start fresh next year! but for now we just have to wait and see i doubt we gonna do anything else this year (free agency or trade)!

now we just have to pick the best from what we have on the roster wich is not a bad group to choose from!

i think that we really have to trust the Eagles judgments in the moves that they do... they know their system pretty well and pick particular players who can fit that system... as for being mad im not mad but i am interested to see what goes on after june 1st with the entire Chad Johnson situation (sorry to bring it up)... but just look at us having 2 first rounders next year.. i think we can afford to get rid of ours and keep carolinas... lets go eagles

I think this requires a two part answer.

Did Management do enough?

Did Management do enough?

They did everything that they COULD.  They made attempts at getting a WR for the "We need a #1" lemmings (Randy Moss, Larry Fitzgerald, etc).  It just didn't work itself out.  They signed the best free agent available, they brought in a player that could be a solid pass rusher, they brought in a lot of depth that will improve our special teams, and they did a good job of drafting.  I can't say that I am mad at them for this seasons current roster.  There wasn't too much else that they could do.
No.  I don't think they did.  We are better than last year but I don't know that the Eagles are Super Bowl good.

(Let me try this again damn it.)

I think this requires a two part answer.

I guess the question is - enough for what? They have not done enough to satisfy most Eagles fans. They have not done enough to convince most analysts that they are a top-ten team.

But, I would say they did all that they could do, so far.... I don't think they are done making moves... I think they will be a legitimate contender in the NFC.

This team like most teams in Philly do just enough to get the fans in the seats and nothing more.  As a fan since 1961 you can tell by all the championships that we've garnered since then and all the championships since the 1983 Sixers.  I've tried to get the fans that I'm in contact with to in a way boycott games until the teams pony up with enough talent to win a championship.  Unfortunately,  Philly fans don't believe that to be the case.  If you look at what the teams have done over the lean years, how can you come to the conclusion other than do just enough to make the team interesting to get fans in the seats.  The smart fan sits at home, watch the game, doesn't pay for parking, doesn't pay $7 for a beer, doesn't fight traffic, and best of all when the game is over, they're home and most likely relaxed.  In conclusion thanks for all the money you sink into the team"s coffers to allow the games on TV.  No, our teams don't do enough, and probably won't until the fans revolt.

What is enough?

We went out and got the top Free agent in  Asante  Samuel, which in terms gives us more turnovers and that gives us more chances to score. Last year we were like second to last in turnovers you bring that number to the top five in the league and the offense can score we become a contender. If Kevin Curtis and Reggie Brown take just two steps forward we have a way better offense.Plus with the drafting of DeSean Jackson out special teams should be way better than last year.

I think they made a serious run at getting a "playmaker" wide reciever... I don't think its over just yet, (chad)  could be shopped.. Would they take him? Fits the TO mold, or maybe they do believe in what they have look at Green Bay.. Favre made the recievers better, I think D needs to round all of them up hit Arizona and fine their connection... besides this defense could turn out to be very good, turnovers will help the offense...
