	What a great story that is. Pens fans put a Sidney Crosby jersey on the Rocky Balboa statue in Philly. Someone tore it right down of course, but it will be interesting to see if a picture of Rocky in his Sid the Kid wrapper will show up online somewhere. Several stories on that in the Pittsburgh and Philly fishwraps.

	Pens fans arnt even creative. Both Montreal and Washington fans did the same thing to the statue, so maybe they should get a fresh idea and not just copy what other teams have done. And your stupid if you do do this because its just ganna get torn down and u wasted money on a jersey so good job.

	The funny thing is that rocky is a fake character and hasnt brought the Flyers or Philly teams any luck...Montreal put a jersey over him and look how well that worked out... Go ahead Pens fans put a jersey on him, i would leave it there too seeing as it worked for Montreal and has helped Phily win so many titles.... also, good point gnard, way to copy what another team did already...whats next? You gonna dress up your entire stadium in white while your home team wheres black and other team wears white??? Morons i tell you....lol

	In retallion for this public "defacement", several Philly fans in the Pittsburgh area are planning to dress up the Pitt Panther and the Rooney statue with a Flyers jersey. One of the media members noon talk shot on 610WIP got the Flyer organization to FedEx a Extra-Jumbo Flyers jersey just for the stunt. I think it's all pretty humorous and just fun in the nature of itself. This could be the beginning of a whole new "friendship". And when I say friendship, I mean a rekindling of a fierce rivalry, and hopefully for years to come. At least we can all agree on one thing. Rangers Devils AND Islanders SUCK!!! LETS GO FLYERS!

	I don't if it's just a rumor or if it's true, but I heard today at work that in response to the Rocky statue someone put a Flyers jersey on one of the Penguins in the Philadelphia Zoo. Personally I think someone should hijack Sidney Crosby and dump him in the Skukill River!

	I just saw the picture of this on a Pittsburgh sports show. I think that Rocky also had a pair of Penguins tighty-whities thrown over his head. GO PENS!!!
