I, along with probably the majority of baseball fans out there, cannot wait until this guy is no longer a news story. Barry Bonds announcement of retirement can't come soon enough. Sure there have been some sleepy bats early on in this season but bringing this guy and his luggage back into baseball is not the answer.

Bottom line - he'd have a job today if he was willing to sign for $2MM and incentives, but he still wants to be paid like the superstar on steroids that he was a few years ago.

idc where he goes..just somewhere in the AL.
Because Barry Bonds can't and doesn't deserve to play defense.
Who in the AL can use him?
Tampa Bay? Kansas City?
Just some guesses.

BARRY BONDS IS THE ANSWER TO A LOT OF TEAMS. IF HE COMES BACK, HE WILL AGAIN LEAD THE LEAGUE IN ON BASE PERCENTAGE. AT DH, HE WOULD BE A HUGE ASSET TO ANY TEAM. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT ONE OF THE, IF NOT THE GREATEST HITTER OF ALL TIME. HE IS STILL ONE OF THE TOP HITTERS IN BASEBALL.
