	Illinois would probably beat Auburn, I can live with that for sure. I remember watching Wisconsin whip up on Auburn.

	I have an answer for your "marriage proposal"... I didn't say I was rooting for the Illini!! You think the Tigers are gonna' be better than I'm giving them credit? Change my mind. I honestly don't know a lot about their returning offense, except that they've (finally) graduated Cox.

	We have way too many bowl games and were adding 3 more, we should take at least 15 away, soon we could have 5-7 teams playing in these games.

	I also don't think much of ASU, they had a favorable schedule and when they played decent teams they got destroyed. Their o-line will be worse so Carpenter will be taking a beating this year.

	B10 teams dont play in the Cotton Bowl. You are correct! My bad! (It's a lot of ties-in to keep track of!) Also, I totally forgot that 'Bama and Clemson were playing in season. So that'd obviously change things---thanks for pointing that out. As far as the PAC-10 going 0-5, I think my prediction has more to do with how much the respective top teams are losing and being uncertain (like just about everyone else) not only about how Oregon replaces Dixon and Stewart or Cal replaces Forsett, Longshore, and Jackson, but also how a team like Washington will do in Locker's second year under center. It's a rebuilding year for the conference, I think. P.S. If there's one thing that really became emphatically clear to me while attempting this... it's that the Big East's bowl ties-in are only marginally better than the MAC's. Really tough to prove you belong with the big boys when one of your top 3 is stuck playing in the Texas Bowl.
