Gotta hate the Millwood injury, groin injuries are never good. I think it will sideline him a few weeks. You have to give it to the bullpen though! Hopefully tomorrows starter can take it deep and give those guys a rest.
With respect to Kevin Millwood, his injury might be one the Rangers can actually handle. Out of the the "rotation by committee", his numbers as of late might be the worse. Just for fun, here's the stats for the rotation in the last two starts for each respective pitcher. It's a Saturday night and I'm bored, sue me....
Millwood(1-1, 16 hits, 12 earned runs, 9 innings pitched) Not counting tonight's early exit.
As long as we can find another young arm to eat up some innings while keeping the runs down, I think we'll be ok. And DON'T LOOK NOW, but Joaquin Benoit has not given up an earned run since 4/29 versus the Royals. That means, in his last 4 outings, he is perfect. I was ready to run his ass out of town, but I'll keep my cool. For now....

What do you think time to give up on hank and use vazquez and duran. We are finely lossing the dead weight with Brossard gone and jennings hurt with Byrd. I hope they don't bring those guys back.
