So I have seen numerous reports around the sports world about the Rockies looking for starting pitching... Joe Blanton, Rich Harden, Julian Taveraz, and the Dragon Slayer himself Josh Fogg.... What have you guys been hearing? Who are we shopping? I hope its not Ian Stewart.. that kid is tearing up the minors!!!!!

As a Rockie fan I would love to see either Blanton or Harden in purple and black!!!!

Well Taylor Bucholz has been spot on this year. Tonight he got a little ugly, but he came through and that's all that matters.

Actually, I think the hitting is what is killing us.     Cook, Francis, Jimenez, Reynolds and De la Rosa have all done pretty good recently.  Fogg had a career year last year, he isn't even in the rotation at Cincy.    Hirsh is progressing on his rehab and hopefully Morales gets it together soon.   I just don't want to see Redman again, ever.    But the best news is that Glendon Rusch has been signed as a free agent, so all worries are now gone.

If they had any intention of trading for pitching, don't you think they would've gone after Dan Haren in the off season when he was available?

"TuloIsJesus10" - Now that name made me laugh.  I know someone who thinks he's God, so I'll ask how his son is doing.  Maybe we can get an inside scoop on Tulo's hitting woes.
