I think Bears are pretty much set for the next season, and even I'd like that they sign more experienced guard (Shane Olivea maybe), just don't see that happening, Bears management will probably concentrate themselves on contract extensions and negotiations (Tommie Harris, Robbie Gould, Devin Hester, Mark Anderson and Brian Urlacher are all guys Bears need to talk and negotiate with) for the rest of the offseason.
Also, I think Bears have adequate level of talent and experience at almost every position, at some positions, like RB, WR, OL, they have more young and inexperienced, but very talented guys that will need to step in order for Bears to be successful (Forte, Williams, and one of the young WRs, maybe Marcus Monk can be next Marques Colston), but adding veterans there and clogging up the cap space would probably be a wrong move to make.
I'm only worried about QB position, probably the most important position in professional football, Bears gave their own guys another, and probably last chance to prove themselves, I'm sad because they didn't add some talent through the draft, but we can't do much about it now, adding washed up guys like Daunte Culpepper, or trading away future draft picks for same guys that aren't free agents (Donovan McNabb and Jake Delhomme come to my mind) would be a wrong move to make, they have to stick with Rex Grossman and Kyle Orton for this season, and if they don't work out, then Bears will need to take their QB of the future in next years draft (and don't worry about the talent of the QBs in next years draft, there will be another guy that will throw for 4000+ yards in college next year and scouts and draft experts will be all over themselves about him, his great arm strength, technique, etc.).
