Yeah, Lannan looked good today. I only remember him making one really bad pitch which was a hanging slider to Mora, but it didn't get out of the park and was a double instead. Otherwise, he was keeping his breaking stuff down and out of the zone and was locating his fastball. We eventually got a run off of him in the eighth, but Bradford had also given one up in the top of the eighth.
For the New York series, I'm only worried about Mussina despite the fact that DC is facing him. He gives us the best possible matchup there though IMO. I am confident we can beat Rasner and Kennedy, so we shall see. I am not looking forward to the Rays though as we might have to face both Shields and Kazmir along with Jackson potentially.
