Says he could play tomorrow if need be.  He was interviewed by Newschannel 9 (9wsyr.com is where you can watch the video) and said he is 100%, he also talked about his rehab and what he is currently doing.  He also looks about 12 lbs bigger.

He looks stronger. I hope he still has his sweet shooting touch. He worked hard while rehabilitating. He looked like he could have played at end of last season. I look forward to his contributions this season. He plays with heart. Go Orange.

What I've heard is that, an ACL injury is usually a permament thing. It cures but usually about only 90 % as you can see Devo, since you are an Eagles fan that McNabb has lost some mobility since his ACL injury. I hope that doesn't have a huge negative impact on Devendorf and Rautins this year.

an ACL injury actually can heal 100 percent mikey so what you heard is actually incorrect. I am living proof and would gladly cite all my doctors on that one. Where the healing is not 100 percent is mentally. This often is the biggest challenge. It is very difficult to not second guess yourself and thus completely trust the previous injured leg. The most common side effect to this is putting too much stress on the other knee and therefore then getting tendinitis in that knee and have soreness a lot. Andy should be good to go though as most big time athletes recieve the correct mental and physical training to get them back at 100 percent.

I was just reading what another poster on here told me, I believe you more than him so I think you're right.

Exactly right JDcuse.  My doc at SOS told me that im back to 100% and there was a better chance of me hurting the other knee than the fixed one.  Gotta love science.

Andy looks a lot stronger, that's for sure. He could realistically see some time at the 3, but I'd rather he didn't. One thing I worry about is how Rautins and Devo fit in with the rest of the team that had a year to play together. I'm sure it will be fine since they were still around each other, but we'll see.

I tore mine as well, and I'm faster now than I was before I tore it. Sometimes it gets sore after cutting a lot and jumping and stuff but I'm stronger now then I was before the injury. The key as someone else said is confidence in your knee. You can't be second guessing yourself and just need to get out and play.
