Plus its kinda odd that you only singled out struggling teams like the Yankees and Tigers. What about Boston, the Angels, Tampa Bay etc...?

It has to be the NL...

The top 6 leaders in batting average are from the NL.

The top 9 (yes i said 9) leaders in homeruns are from the NL.

6 of the top 10 leaders in RBI's are from the NL.

6 of the top 10 leaders in wins for SP's are from the NL.

5 of the top 10 leaders in Pitcher K's are from the NL.

7 of the top 12 ERA leaders for starters are from the NL.

How the hell does stats like Pitchers' strikeouts and some of your other stats have any relevence to this discussion?

And of course, the ERA's are better in the NL----theyre pitching to other pitchers!
