I have continuously heard this year after year after year.... Sorry but the Jags still aren't close. The Jags were swept last year, and in my opinion haven't really done much to make me think anything will be different this year. The Colts are younger and more experienced on both sides of the ball and on top of that have no problems sealing the deal when it matters. The Jags on the other hand are still having issues beating the other divisional opponents.

last season wasnt a improvement from 2006 ?all i heard from people last year was jags suck and wont make playoffs yadda yadda yadda . then i watched everyone change their minds half way through the season . jags arent close , they looked alfully close last season . colts ended 13-3 while Jaguars ended 11-5 . sad thing is, jaguars easily could of finished 12-4 which is only 1 game behind the colts . thats not close ? week 17 the jaguars gave a game to the Texans when everything was already worked out , we couldnt win the division by week 17 and already had 5th seed sealed , the texans played against the jags second team for little over 1 quarter and then played against the 3rd team players the rest of the game where texans did most of their scoring .

the colts are younger and more experienced ? should i bring my 11 year old son on here to tell you that makes no sense , to pick one or the other, or should i let my 8 year old daughter tell you .

problems beating other divisional teams ? yea, week one we lost to Titans , injuries from camp and preseason really hurt the jags . 7 defensive players were playing hurt and we lost our kicker in pregame warm-ups and had to go for 4th downs every time we got in field goal range cause we didnt have a kicker, we lost by 3 points . the texans got one win out of us, week 17 gimme win as i mentioned eariler . the colts got 2 wins , they beat a back up QB in jax and barely squeaked out a win in the dome .

funny thing is about the receivers the jaguars picked up , is they arent all they have . John Broussard runs 40 in 4.3 and went to the IR early in the season , Mike Walker was drafted last year with a college injury that allowed his value to drop , he ran 40 in 4.5 on a bad knee in the combine . he tried to make a early come back last year and aggrivated the knee and was placed on IR before week 1 to keep any other team from taking him , he showed enough talent in training camp last year to be considered a GREAT receiver in the nfl . he had awesome ota's and mini camp this year, they just have to make sure his knee is going to hold up through training camp unlike it did last year . like i said, last year he tried to make a early come back, but after a years rest , his knee should be fine " i hope " . williamson is really fast, he was known for drops when he played in minnosota , so far in ota's and mini camp, he hasnt dropped a ball yet . Dennis Northcutt was brought in last year with same problems, dropped too many passes for the Browns , they all laughed at us for taking him , he had a solid year last year and didnt drop passes . porter is good, he didnt see much playing time cause him and the coach in oakland clashed , new scene could be what the doctor ordered , seemed to work for moss . Reggie Williams is coming off a 10 TD season , jaguars have enough talent at WR that they all will not be able to make the team , Matt Jones will probably be the first to go and even he had a solid camp this year .

what jags lacked last year was getting pressure on the likes of Peyton Manning , Tom Brady and Drew Brees  ,  in regards to that , they moved up the boards and drafted 2 of the 3 best DE's in this years draft . not to forget ,bring in greg williams to run the defense with his attack style defense . Mike Smith had the defense playing bend / dont break defense last season cause they didnt have the players to get at the QB's .

ive seen alot happen with this team to make it better this year that was just 1 notch behind the colts last year, what has the colts done ?

Colts ended 13-3 while Jaguars ended 11-5 . sad thing is, jaguars easily could of finished 12-4 which is only 1 game behind the colts . thats not close ? week 17 the jaguars gave a game to the Texans when everything was already worked out , we couldnt win the division by week 17 and already had 5th seed sealed , the texans played against the jags second team for little over 1 quarter and then played against the 3rd team players the rest of the game where texans did most of their scoring .
Well, the Colts could have easily finished 14-2, and you don't think the Colts didn't give the game to the Titans?
the colts are younger and more experienced ? should i bring my 11 year old son on here to tell you that makes no sense , to pick one or the other, or should i let my 8 year old daughter tell you .Well I'll tell you what grab both of them and you sit yourself in front of the computer when I tell you this:

The Colts have 2nd and 3rd year players with more playoff experience then the majority of your whole Jaguars team.

Is that to hard to comprehend? The Colts have been ranked in the top-5 as far as youth over the past 3 years. Now, tell me this team is far from experienced.

problems beating other divisional teams ? yea, week one we lost to Titans , injuries from camp and preseason really hurt the jags . By the way whats the head - head record between you guys and the Texans? Titans? Thats my point genious. Without Freeney and Harrison while spotting your Jags 10 extra minutes in T.O.P your Jags still couldn't beat the Colts. Thats where the Colts youth and experience is far better than the Jags, but yea keep playing the injury card.

You don't hear the Colts fan base bitc**g. The Colts were in the top-5 with amount of injuries lost to starters with 64 games. There was no other team in the top-10 outside of the Colts in that category who had a winning record.

You know the bigger kicker about your team is that they have been playing a 2nd place schedule for how long now? You can't even overcome that let alone step up to a first place schedule. Lets see if they can win 10 games this year with the 3rd toughest schedule.

funny thing is about the receivers the jaguars picked up , is they arent all they have . Reggie Williams is coming off a 10 TD season , jaguars have enough talent at WR that they all will not be able to make the team , Matt Jones will probably be the first to go and even he had a solid camp this year .This is what makes the ENTIRE Jags fan base laughable. You guys get the biggest, bona-fide hard-on for OTA's, and camps. Then comes the spouting off "we are going to beat the Colts this year", or "Its our year for a Superbowl run". You guys sing this sh*t every year, and............. like usual nothing happens.

Good god dude, you just based a guys career off how good he is in camps. Get your head out of your a$$ and smell something else. You fans are just like your team, all talk and no walk. Until they actually step up you will continue to read information that you don't like, but is true. Deal with it.

what jags lacked last year was getting pressure on the likes of Peyton Manning , Tom Brady and Drew Brees  ,  in regards to that , they moved up the boards and drafted 2 of the 3 best DE's in this years draft . not to forget ,bring in greg williams to run the defense with his attack style defense . You really think 2 rookies are going to come in and dominate some of the best lines in the NFL? Oh wait thats right they have just been amazing in OTA's, and camps. They are sure fire H.O.F's.

I can't wait to see Greg Williams embarrassed in Jax as he was in Washington. Its no different than when you all were praising Mike Smith and how great he was. Well lets see how Mr. William does here in Colts country (the AFC South).

If I really need to tell you what the Colts did, then I would be wasting my time. The leagues top-5 safety, top-5 TE, and a very good guard to this Colts team all locked up for a long time. On top of that virtually every starter is back this year. You know the same team who swept the Jags and had that 13-3 record.

Keep believing what you want but until the Jags actually do something they are still the leagues pretenders in my eyes.

you keep thinking that , Colts got lucky enough to get thrown into a division with 2 teams in the mist of rebuilding because of salary cap problems and the 4th team being expansion team ,  and all their fans have nothing better to do than think their team is the best . news flash for you, all them years you think the colts been on top , they never won a superbowl , heck never made it to one . then finally the season they didnt do so hot, they finally woke up and stepped up and finally won it . enjoy it, going to be a long time before you see another one . way you talk, you'd think you were a Patriots fan bragging about their team .
