Of course it is fictitious. Pac-10 is considered the third strongest conference in the BCS. MWC teams have seven exchanges with the Pac next season. Success for leading MWC teams relies on non-conference victories over Pac opponents, as in the case of BYU, Utah, New Mexico, and TCU.
Wins over Washington and UCLA are a BCS bowl booster for Cougars. New PAC commissioner and much talk about BYU-Utes joining that league surges though I find more appealing to strenghten MWC. Do I realize BYU is in the MWC and not in the Pac-10? Let me do some research before I can answer such question?
