	It really looks like there will be some serious battles to define the depth charts and roster spots for the Lions this year. This is especially true at defensive back and at RB/FB where there will be a lot of tough decisions being made. I've got my own opinions, but I was wondering what people here would do to get down to the 8-9 DB they've got roster space for if they were GM. You can pick from: Leigh Bodden Dovonte Edwards Travis Fisher Stephen Howell Brian Kelly Ramzee Robinson Justin Sanders Keith Smith Ronyell Whitaker Stanley Wilson Gerald Alexander Greg Blue Daniel Bullocks Lamarcus Hicks Kalvin Pearson Dwight Smith Similarly, does anyone have a set of 6 RBs or FBs that the Lions they want to argue that the Lions should keep from the following list? Tatum Bell Brian Calhoun Aveion Cason Allen Ervin Artose Pinner Kevin Smith Jon Bradley Jerome Felton Sean McHugh (listed officially on DetroitLions.com as a TE/FB)

	Leigh Bodden Travis Fisher Brian Kelly Keith Smith Stanley Wilson Greg Blue Daniel Bullocks Dwight Smith Gerald Alexander Pearson will most likely be cut after his arrest for hitting a pregnant woman. Marinelli doesn't tolerate that. A couple of these players might be kept for special teams As for runningbacks Tatum Bell Brian Calhoun Kevin Smith Aveion Cason Jon Bradley Jerome Felton Mchugh will be kept as a tight end most likely. Pinner and Allen will most probably be cut.

	I agree with jordantm15 with deffensive backs and for running backs replace Aveion Cason with Artose Pinner and thats what i think the team is going to look for DB's and RB's unless they do a move with FA's or trade.

	CB's Leigh Bodden Travis Fisher Keith Smith Stanley Wilson Brian Kelly Safetys Dwight Smith Gerald Alexander (our next 1st time probowler) Daniel Bullocks This is a very good ratio of veterans and younger players. Elric I am thinking that the Lions will carry only 8 dbs and use the extra roster spot for an extra OLineman.

	RBs Tatum Bell (veteran back) Kevin Smith (future feature back) Brian Calhoun (higher draft pick now healthy) Artose Pinner (Runs a bit tougher than Cason) FBs - This group is scary with 2 conversions from DT, and TE plus a rookie from a tiny school.. yeah scary Jerome Felton Mchugh (better blocking skills, quicker)

	You would be blind or dumb not to see or admit there are big big questions about our running game.
