Come On! Was that really the Lakers best shot? HA! Is it possible to be more confident after a loss than a win? I mean was that really the best the Lakers could do? Sure they won, but they were supposed to win Game 3. Every home team wins Game 3. It's almost impossible not to win your first home playoff game of a series. Let me put it this way; if this was a heavyweight fight this would be the part when one boxer lands his best punch and the other guy doesn't even flinch. You know right then that it is over. Kind of like after Apollo unloaded everything he had on Drago and the Russian just shrugs it off and then proceeds to murder him. That is what the Lakers have to look forward to for Game 4. Pure unadulterated death. I'm kind of disappointed in LA. I thought they'd bring more to the table than this.

Yes, Kobe missing 7 FT's (Lakers 61% as a team), and Lamar and Pau only combining for 13 points, was the Lakers best shot.

<end sarcasm>

As bad as you think your Celtics played and yet "they still had a shot to win", the Lakers played just as bad and still won the game. I like the Lakers chances to even the series tomorrow night.

People act like the Lakers played this great game and the Celtics played a horrible game still only lost by 6. The Lakers also had a horrible game too, so this wasn't some good thing for the Celtics.
