Well, you got 1 member right, at least. Heyward, Schafer, and Francoeur by a mile. If Heyward gets moved to 1st, then Jones gets a real shot. A trade is much more likely.

I'm not sold on the Braves keeping jeff francouer... even though he is the hometown guy i could see the braves moving him b4 everyone else realizes that he just sucks at hitting..
but yes, i like heyward, schafer, jones, and anderson.. we should have a solid outfield in a year or two

Whatever. I'm just about done with arguing for Francoeur. I think some people on this board have invested so much time on bashing Frenchy that they want him to fail, and refuse to see anything positive.

I'm not bashing frenchy. he has been inconsisten but i still know that he is young. However, I do not believe that the Braves would be smart to give him the type of contract that he seems to believe that he deserves. He just hasn't proved himself yet. The braves not being able to keep frenchy b/c of a contract disagreement is why i see frenchy either leaving as a free agent or being traded.

Have you seen improvement? any kind of an upward trend? learned any plate discipline? I don't think he's awful. I just don't think he's the Golden Boy that everyone thought he was going to be.

Brandon Jones looks like the real deal for now but he is just getting started. Let's wait a few weeks and see if he can keep it up. As for JeffFrancoeur, I think he has turned chicken since getting plunked again. If he gets past it he will be fine, if not, he will be just another should have been that never was. I hope he gets way over it in the very near future.

Well thats good, because I'm tired of hearing it. But keep on waiting for his "potential" if it helps you sleep better. Meanwhile, I prefer to look at results, but the problem is, I can't find any. I think I'll just keep him out in RF scaring baserunners to death, because he sure don't scare any pitchers.
