Sorry Guys I have been away for a while. Simple question.

Should we trade Lamar Odom for Ron Artest? I say yes. For he and the bruiser Shelden Williams.

Hey Fresh, honestly I don't even think its going to cost the Lakers Odom for Artest, heck he can opt out if his current contract now if he finds a contender, meaning the Lakers or heck give up Vlad Rad and his stupid contract and draft picks to Sacramento in a sign and trade. The Kings know they won't get much anyways, better something than nothing

I think Artest would be the missing piece for a NBA Championship for the Lakers, be it he stays out of trouble.  Legit defender, low post player and most of all the guy has "hustle" and "heart" when he's focused on the court.  Addition of Bynum coming back, helps Kobe out defensively, no brainer ... even if we lose Odom, it might be worth the risk

Yeah we shouldn't even have to give up Odom and then we'd be able to keep him as our backup PF.  Yeah, give up Rad or Walton for all I care, neither are that important when you factor in we have Ariza to back up Artest.  If this trade goes through, Boston better hope they don't make it to the finals next year, cause I smell a sweep!!!!

Prince, where the hell you been man! Good to hear from you again...

You know me, I've always liked Artest and I would love to have him on the Lakers, but I like Odom a little bit more with our future line-up, especially with Andrew coming back, the price is too high right now for Artest.
