	I can understand why Ron Dayne, Cedric Benson and even Shuan Alexander are without jobs, but Kevin Jones? I don't know why he was cut in the first place. This is a VERY good young player and he is healthy now. He could help out of number of teams. Just off the top of my head I give you Houston, Chicago, New Orleans, New York Jets, Miami, Denver, Arizona, Tampa and the very Lions who cut him. This is a good football player and I dont know why he hasn't been signed.

	I'll second that i've had this kid on my fantasy team since he was drafted, he has had some serious injuries, but rehabbed quickly and completly from every one. He was good when he played, even though he was on a pass 1st offense, and behind a dismal o-line. (see their sack totals over the last 3 years) If martz would of taught kitna to dump the ball to him and let him scammper the Lions could of been great. (see marshall faulk)

	with Detroit being a division rival I have seen Jones play many times. Their is only one question regarding Jones and that is his health. He has all the running skills to be one of the best in the league. He can be scary good, the only thing that has held him back is the injuries and obviously playing for the pitiful Lions.

	The only thing I could figure as far as his getting released was that either they wanted the cap room and figured he was hurt too much, or else something about him didn't fit the new offensive coordinator's scheme. Either way, if he really is healthy, someone is going to get a steal when they pick him up this summer. I would definitely take him over the other available free agent RB's on the market.

	JBANK the reason the Lions let him go is because they are, always have been, and always will be the most inept organization on the Earth, its even funnier due to the fact we brought Tatum Bell here last year only to inactivate him for the majority of the season and start Jones and then in the offseason we resign Bell who didnt do a damn thing last year and cut Jones who has been our entire running attack the past three years. Granted KJ gets hurt often and that played a big part but this man has heart something this team has lacked for years, thats like HORRIBLE MOVE # 296 by Matt Millen, someone out there know why this guy still has a job bc im beyond bafflled.
