I don't think it's a big deal. He's not a head case and he's not hurt. I think he is used to pitching every other day, and I think that is how he was used to being used. He was once a starter and he is young, his arm is live. I think the inactivity might have helped him rest but he lost his release point a little bit. Seems also like he tries to overthrow some pitches. A few side sessions will fix this. Right now, with Wuertz throwing well you can maybe give MArmol an outing or two outside of a pressure situation to get things right. His windup doesn't seem too conducive to control but he has been effective before so I think he will be fine. I'd be more worried if he was throwing 88 than just being wild.
