Don't know about a dome. 1 million doesn't get you much nowadays, certainly not the structure to dome the football field. Right now the priority should be adding seating to nippert (it should be 50K at least, instead of the 30k capacity it has now), as well as the indoor training facility. The only problem is that there isn't enough room to do much of anything. They can add seats on the side of the press box, as well as the south end, but that's it. The training will be either an inflatable structure on the field, or an off-site facility. We'll see what they put together, but I really don't see a dome being built - the college season is up before weather gets really bad, and I can't think of too many games that would have benefitted from a dome. Besides, how many college teams have them? Syracuse, I think, but that's all that comes to mind.
