Should be interesting to see Mario Chalmers and Michael Beasley play together for the Heat this season.  Should be a great team if they hold on to "THE MATRIX".  Congrats Mario and good luck!!!

Yeah man.  Could be a scary team.  They all can pretty much shoot 3's and play ok defense.  Chalmers, Beasley, Wade, Marion, and someone else.  Could be a good team.

Micheal Beasley will get playing time as a starter
but Mario Chalmers will be a back up and might get time as a starter
Ya think?  Your insight is truly astounding!

As a KU and MIA fan, I am so happy to see that we traded for Mario Chalmers and picked up Darnell Jackson. Chalmers will step in and actually have a chance to compete with Jason Williams and Marcus Banks for the #1 spot, and Miracle Mario, definetely has a shot at winning that battle.

Miami is looking at a excellent starting 5, but im still not sure of the lineup.

PG - Jason Williams / Mario Chalmers (backup Marcus Banks and loser of 1st string battle)
SG - Dwayne Wade (backup Ricky Davis / Dequan Cook)
SF - Michael Beasley (backup Dorell Wright)
PF - Shawn Marion (backup Udonis Haslem / Darnell Jackson)
C - Alonzo Mourning (backup Mark Blount / Earl Barron

Darnell Jackson was traded to Cleveland.  He will be playing with Lebron James and Sasha Kaun.

Pantherfan,

I definitely like the team that the Heat will run out there.  First of all I think Beasley will be a perennial superstar and I am hopeful that Mario will be the starting PG by midseason.   I'm not sure but I don't think Williams is even signed yet and if it does come down to Mario and Jason Williams I like Chalmer's chances.  Mario is a much headier player than Williams, a more consistent shooter as opposed to Williams' streakiness and Mario will cause more  turnovers and turn the ball over less.

freeze,

I sure hope Darnell can stick.  If he can continue to be aggressive crashing the boards and consistently hit the 12-16 footer he will be there.   And Sasha will join him in 2 years probably after he makes a couple million and develops his game in Russia
