I agree that the order of the list doesn't make sense.
I agree with the Chad Jackson comments by all the reply posts and no way Troy Williamson becomes anything in Jags land. They don't have a pass friendly offense and quite frankly, who cares if he caught every ball in the off season?
If being a receiver only required you to catch the ball and not have to worry about getting open, running the correct route, or worry the 250lb guy trying to separate you from the ball, then we all would be Wr's and be catching everything.
