Chris Duncan's numbers against major league right-handers in 2006 and the first four months of 2007 were really good. He was productive during that time and was helping the Cardinals win games. Now, however........
Little Dunc is either still feeling the effects of his hernia surgery from last season, or he's being pitched to differently and hasn't been able to adjust. Either way, I think it's time for Colby Rasmus to get the call as the full-time CFer. Rick Ankiel should not be considered a full-time player at this point because of his futility against left-handed pitching. Rasmus' overall AAA numbers are skewed because of a slow start, but he's been playing quite well for several weeks now, from what I hear.
It's time to send Chris Duncan to AAA and call up Colby Rasmus.
